Living green is easy at Stanford West Apartments, with a variety of amenities that help make each day more earth-friendly.

Community Garden: In the center of Stanford West Apartments is our beautiful community garden. An annual raffle is held in April for interested residents. Winners of the raffle are allowed to use one plot for a year. Since these are reserved plots, touching and/or removing plants is prohibited.

Herb Garden: Stanford West Apartments offers a community herb garden for all residents to enjoy. We rotate the herbs in the spring and summer for variety.

Solar Panels: Solar panels are used to heat the North and South pools as well as our amenity areas so that we can be more self-sustaining.

LED Lighting: We are now using energy-efficient exterior lighting throughout our community to reduce energy consumption.

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations: Currently there are two EV charging stations on-site; refer to the site plan for exact locations.
